Hi i have a double room available in my flat in whiteinch. The flat has a kitchen, living room, and toilet room with a shower. You will be sharing with myself, a 28 y/o male student. I am very easy going and have a good sense of humor.The room is available immediately. Rent is £250/month plus electricity. If you are not a student you will need to pay for council tax which is about £60/month. I also have broadband which would be £10 each/month. please contact me if you are interested.
