We have a good size living room, dinning room and kitchen. Bathroom is very spacious with bath and shower. All household bills are split equally. We have gas for heating and hot water, it is a quarterly bill. Electricity is on a meter.

The house is strickly no smoking but we do have a back yard for those who do.
The street is quiet and local amenities are just around the corner. We are a half hour walk from the city centre, ten minutes on the bus or in a car. The bus stop is just at the end of the street.
