We have a large double bedroom available in a fantastic five person flat (used to be 8 bedrooms, so huge communal living space!)becoming availbale on the 4th July 2012.

The flat is spread across 3 floors, with 2 bathrooms and a kitchen, and is set above 'Love From Random' shop over looking Park Street.

The location is absolutely ideal and the rent is exremely reasonable for the area - this will go VERY quickly!


The current flatmates are two guys and two girls, all second year UWE students studying Sports Rehabilitation and Forensic Biology. Ideally our perfect housemate would be someone 18-23, laidback and easygoing with smilar interests, looking to become part of the group and join in the house banter, rather than just renting a room!
(We feel another student would fit in well due to our current lifestyles, however non-students will be considered.)

Bills will be 15-30 quid per month depending on the season.
