The room would suit male or female who like to live in a lively, friendly sometimes chaotic atmosphere with genuinely nice caring lads. The house is within 5 min walk of Teesside university and 10 min walk to town centre, never used a bus, car or taxi as everything literally on tap, huge saving for us poor students.
