Hi people
The room is in a 4 bed house with all mod cons and transport close by, at the moment were 2 guys and one girl and were a friendly bunch :)
the rent includes water rates but all other bills will be split 4 ways.
no students or DSS
we want to keep the house semi professional
a girl would be preferred to keep the balance but a friendly decent person is more important to us so guys feel free to apply.
