We are a nice and responsible couple looking for a flat or house to rent. We are sharing at the moment but would like to find our own place although it would be ok to share with other people. Both of us are working. It would be preferable somewhere near Brighton train station, London road (Preston park) as I have to commute almost every day. As we are new in Brighton, we are looking for a short let agreement with possibility to stay longer (we're planning to stay long term). We can pay 600 pounds max. per calendar month (around 150- 160 pw). We have excellent references if required. Please, contact us as soon as possible as we would like to move by the 28th the latest!
