Hello,

We are a couple of professionals, 27 and 28 years old, one working in Hove and the other commuting to London, so we are interested in finding something as close as possible to Brighton Station.

We are looking for a flat or studio where pets are allowed as we have two really well behaved cats. We have never had issues with previous landlords because of them and this time will not be different. We would like to fit a flap for them and this will be done by a professional, and whenever we leave the house we will pay him again to leave it as it was when we first move in.

We are clean, tidy and very relaxed, so no parties or big event in the house.

If needed, we can provide references.

Ideally we are looking for something around 600-700 pcm, but will consider higher prices if the place is suitable for us and the cats.
We would like to move in August, but again, different dates will be considered if the place is THE PLACE.
