I have a three bedroomed house and want to exchange for a 2 bedroomed flat. I do prefer high rise ..and want Hanley/Stoke.

I have Gas central Heating with combi boiler which was updated last year.
The property does need new windows at the back and the council is going to renew all the windows, doors and also the roof very soon as part of the government better homes scheme.

I will be quite honest about the house......

There is work to be done on the garden, the house does need decorating and it needs the kitchen flooring re-placing.
It overlooks the A500 so is noisy.... doesn't bother the people who live here but does take a week or so getting used to.

The neighbours are very nice respectable people although they do keep themselves to themselves.

It is on a major bus root and is only a 15 minute walk into Newcastle.

I wish to move because I can not cope with the garden as I am almost 60 so prefer to move to a flat but as I said I prefer multi storey if possible.
