Hello!
We have a HUGE master bedroom available in a friendly 3 bedroom flatshare in Clapham Common. You would have the biggest room in the flat and sharing with a 28 year old Aussie female and 32 year old Kiwi guy, both professionals.
We have all been living here for over 3 years and are looking for someone to take our departing flatmates room. The flat is under 5 minutes walk to Clapham Common tube station and the Clapham high street offers bars, pubs, supermarkets, loads of shops and nearby Gyms!
We are both laidback and enjoy a drink together after work, we are clean and tidy, often socialise together but not reliant on the flat for our social life.
we just want someone who is easy to get along with and who is reliable. (Preferred Aussie/Kiwi between 27-35 years old)

The billls each month are £36.66 for council tax
Sky and BT internet are £28 (we have all channels) and we also have a 42 inch plasma tv and dvd/blue ray player!
The flat is on the 1st floor of an attached, split level flat. It has a big eat in kitchen, clean decent sized bathroom, and really comfy loft lounge room with couches and dining table!
Move in date would be end of August/ begining of September.
