Small start up business looking for space to be used as first offices. Budget is tight but if all goes to plan expansion will be rapid and further office space will be needed. Initially only 3 desks spaces required.

Furnished or unfurnished - prefer serviced.

Location around Wimborne/Ferndown/Broadstone/Poole area but as purely an office based business, location is not important for visitors or clients. Open to looking at rural locations and hard to fill locations. Parking for 3 vehicles minimum. Will need telephone and internet access (whether provided or not).
