I havea cheap room above my lovelly quiet English pub. The flat is shared with communal bathroom, kitchen and living room. Other tennants are quiet and keep themselves to themselves. The rent is £65 per week and includes all bills. No phone in flat but free wifi.
You would need to be honest and reliable as bieng above the pub brings certain trustworthiness.
The room is ready to move into and I require two weeks rent as a deposit and a weeks rent up front. There after I require weekly payment or if it is easier you can pay monthly. I work on a two week notice period for both myself and you.
We have had alot of people working locally in the past and some have required an evening meal as well which can be arranged via the pub.
We are not on a bus route so you would require your own transport to get to and from the village but we are centrally located ie
1 mile from Grove (Williams F1)
4 miles from Wantage
8 miles from Didcot & Fraringdon
18 miles from Swindon or Oxford
The pub is friendly and you would be welcomed as much as you like or just keep yourself to yourself its upto you.
