A nice and cheap double room available in a house of 4 bedroom from May 1 for a minimum contract periode of 6 months. The house is near to Bust stop (Bus no-12) and also 5 minutes walk to west road . Its a calm and quite area.
The house have a sitting room,kitchen and nice backyard. We have all necessary households such as washing machine,microwave oven,Refrigerator and dining table.

Gas,electricity ,water and internet bills are extra.

Other three inmates are students from Newcastle and Northumbria university. currently 3 students and one couple staying in the room. The rent will be £ 160 for one and for couples or two the total rent will be £ 210.
