The Room Comes Furnished With A Single Bed. Other Furnishings Such As Table, Chair, Wardrobe And Chest Of Drawers Are Included. The Available Room Has A Nice View Out Over The Garden. Please Note That This Is A Single Room And None Of The Furnishings Can Be Changed Or Removed As They Belong To The Landlady. Although The Room Is Just About Large Enough For A Double Bed, The Single Bed Must Stay There.

The House Itself Is Absolutely Gorgeous - Furnished Very Tastefully By The Landlord - And With A Large Modern Kitchen And Stunning Living Room. It Also Has A Lovely Garden. I'm A Very Clean And Tidy Housemate And Expect The Same. Come And View The Property - I Challenge You Not To Fall In Love With It At First Sight.

PLEASE NOTE THAT RENT EXCLUDES ALL BILLS, Which Cost £125 Per Month. The Breakdown Is £50 Per Month For Council Tax, £50 Per Month For Utilities And £25 Per Month For A Professional Cleaner (1. 5 Hours Weekly).
