A lovely 8 berth holiday caravan situated in the heart of Ingoldmells Village, Skegness, available most weeks for hire.

Prices start from as little as £195 for the week.

The caravan has everything you need to make your holiday as comfortable as possible; it has a large lounge area beaming with natural light, a large flat screen TV with built in freeview and DVD player.

The kitchen has a full size gas cooker, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster and all equipment needed.

The main bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe and a dressing table with a mirror. It also has an iron, ironing board, and extra heaters.The other three bedrooms have two single beds and a wardrobe.The single beds can be pushed together to make a double if need be.

All pillows, pillow cases and quilts are supplied in the caravan and are washed every week. However, you will need to bring your own sheets and towels.

The bathroom is equip with a shower, sink and toilet. There is also a separate second toilet room which is also equip with a sink. Gas and electricity is also provided.


Conditions:
- Small pets welcome.
- Families and mature couples only.
- Although we do have cleaners we do ask that you leave the caravan clean and tidy as you would find it on your arrival.
- Sorry but we do not offer only weekend holidays. We rent on a Saturday to Saturday basis.

Local Area

Fantasy Island, Skegness, is a mere 10minutes walk from the caravan keeping you at the right distance to get a good nights sleep away from the night life yet keeping you close enough to enjoy it. Situated next to and outside of the caravan site is an outdoor market, pubs, restaurants and a high street. (Situated on the high street there are two disability aid stores for the hire of disability equipment if needed) Skegness town centre is a 3 mile drive (approx 10mins) away. The beach is a nice 20 minutes walk from the van passing through Fantasy Island and has all the beach front bars and stalls.

Travel

There is a bus stop situated right outside of the caravan site that links a route to Skegness, Chapel St. Leonards, Coral Beach, Butlin's, Hardy's Farm, Skegness Stadium and all local areas and attractions.

A £50 non-refundalbe deposit is required at the time of booking to secure all bookings. Full payment is to be paid five weeks before the time of your holiday.
