Rent includes Water and the internet is already paid for, the extra bill for gas and electricity has usually been around £30 a month.

If you are working council tax would be £55 per month.

On street parking is available with a parking permit.

A Large Double bedroom in a 3 and half bed Broomhill property. There are two other people living in the other bedrooms, one is completing a masters (male) the other working (female).

The shared bathroom is straight opposite the bedroom in question on the 1st floor along with a spare small room. On the ground floor there is the Kitchen, sitting room and a bedroom.

The Bedroom is clean and is furnished with a Double bed, 2 desks and a wardrobe. There is also some shelfs and a walk in cupboard which has hanging space and draws inside.

I am intending to rent in another city and wish to move asap so if you are interested please contact me

The current lease for the room finished at the end of June however there may be possibility to continue that lease afterwards.
