Floating quirky holiday home on the water within the prestigious Brighton Marina Development the largest Marina in the UK approximately 1.5 miles east of Brighton city centre. On-site shopping, factory outlets, restaurants, bars, multiplex Cinema, ASDA superstore with 24 hour Free Parking (multi storey), Casino and David Lloyd Fitness Centre. Additional excursions boat,fishing and scuba diving, trips, cycle hire can be accessed within marina. The house is truly unique due to the concept that it floats on water in the beautiful marina environment and the beach.Available for short term bookings for 1 night or longer term weekly basis.

The house is quirky truly unique and compact situated on the West Jetty on the water with superb water views directly overlooking the beautiful marina floating on the water. Kitchenette with electric two ring hob, fridge/freezer, kettle , toaster, small microwave/oven and sink. Living/dining room with west facing sun patio. Shower room with digital power shower.Staircase leading to double bedroom with double bed, fitted double wardrobes for storage and electric heating. Wifi internet service provided @ £5 per day via Oceanwave. Sleeps 2/3 Guests. There are 24 hour night buses and taxis available within the Marina .

Fresh towels, bed linen and hand soap provided.We also provide a complimentary tourist information map for our guests during their stay on arrival.Please request if you need anything more for your stay prior to your arrival.
