We are looking for a new housemate to join three girls in a lovely house in Putney. We are all easy going, sporty, sociable and get on really well. We are young professionals between 24 and 27 who like to have fun but also nights in with a movie and wine.

The house has off street parking for a car, is within 5 minutes walk of East Putney underground station and 10 minutes of Putney overground. The property has a lovely south facing garden, wooden floors in a large dining room/ kitchen/ living room area, four double bedrooms and two marble tiled bathrooms.

Rent is £625.00 pcm, excluding bills. Bills are typically £60 a month (council tax, internet, gas, electricity and water) depending on the time of the year.
