Location and local ammenaties:
This house is situated just off Roundhay road, 30 mins walking distance from town (or 10 mins by bus). It is a multicultural area with exotic fruit and veg stores, beautiful fabric shops and fantastic takeaways and resturants (including the persian teahouse Darvish as featured in Jamie Olivers Great Britain!)
The house is very well served by bus routes. The 12,13, 49, 50 run from the top and bottom of the road and run to town every 10 mins. The property faces onto a lovely little park but Roundhay park is also very near. Supermarkets such as Morrisons and Tescos (open 24hrs) are a short walking distance away.

The house:
This is a house well loved by its tenants and landlady. It has been freshly decorated over the last month and has a brand new carpet throughout.
