I am leaving my beloved room in the beautiful Brackenbury Village Area. The price is a real bagrain for the area and the size of the room/

The room is a big and bright double (two big windows). It comes furnished with two wardrobes, a desk, shelves and drawers. Lots of storage!

The house is very quiet, you will be sharing with 3 others: an English boy, English girl and an Irish boy. They are all super nice, but all have very different schedules, so it’s rare that everyone is in at the same time. The kitchen is rather small, but big enough to cook up a big storm. The bathroom is super nice with a big bathtub and new tiling.

The house is a 7min walk from Hammersmith station and Kings Street, with plenty of shops... Primark, Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Tiger, Body Shop... Anything you could ever whish for! And there is a small convenience store next door, for milk and other little emergencies.

The area is super nice, very quiet, residential and pretty.

Rent is £495 a month and the deposit is £750

I am planning to move out by Thursday, but if you need to move in earlier than that I am flexible.
