I have a 2year old semi detached 3 bedroom house in cambourne, my house is situated down a quiet little cul de sac with lovely neibours.
I have a large livingroom/diner which we have made separate with flooring.
Medium size kitchen with lots of cuboard space, down stairs toilet aswell as family bathroom. we have 2 large double bedrooms both with built in wardrobes, and 1 large single bedroom.
we have a small front garden and a double drive way also a large back garden that has been well maintained and a garden shed. i have only decorated the lounge, hall and my sons room. which are all neutral in colour. the rest of the house is still cream so a blank canvas for who ever we exchange with. clean pleasant carpets throughout. Solar panels for your cheaper bills.

Im looking for a 3 bedroom house in cambridge, preferably cb4. i would happily do a muti swap if swap is tight.
Must be in clean condition and have a back garden for personal use.
