Really beautiful big double bedroom available to rent from the 20th August in North London.

This is by far the nicest house I have ever lived in in London but sadly it is time to move on...

The room is a large double with big shuttered windows looking out on to leafy De Beauvoir.

The house is a lovely big Georgian terrace and only shared with two others so feels very very big and spacious.

The house has TWO bathrooms, kitchen, living room and a massive garden.

Looking for someone to move in and start paying rent on the 20th August.

Rent is £690 per month plus bills.

£780 deposit to be paid on moving in. Bills approximately £90 per month.

The room is not officially furnished but I will be leaving quite a bit of furniture if you want/need it.

You would be living with two young professionals aged 25-30. The house is friendly, tidy but laid back so looking for someone like minded.
