I have a really spacious one bed flat on roxburgh place. Only 8 flats in the stair and all very quiet and friendly. I need another bedroom as I am sharing with my daughter and this is the only reason I am wishing to move. We have spent 5 very happy years here but now need more space. The Landlord is Castle Rock and the block was refurbed in 2005. The kitchen is still like new.

Secondary glazing was fitted last year and has helped so much with the heating bills! the flat has gas central heating and is still to have wall insulation competed at some point in this financial year.

The flat comprises of a kitchen/ diner, seperate living room with two sash and casement windows so plenty of light, modern bathroom with 2 yr old shower and very spacious bedroom with built in wardrobe and massive storage cupboard.

Ideally I would love to stay in this area for work and school but would consider most central areas. I would love an outside space and somewhere to grow a few veggies, I know space is rare in Edinburgh but I can live in hope eh.

Also would be keen for a three way swap.
