Luque being in the heart of Andalucia is convenient to the larger towns & airports of Cordoba & Granada 1 hr.Malaga & Costas less than1.5 hrs.Seville at 2hrs drive away a bit further but well worth the trip.
Luque has a Historic Castle & Cathedral beside the main town square (Plaza Espana)where there are weekly markets.Throughout the year there are several Fiestas which are celebrated in typical spanish style,those ferias to San Isidro,San Juan,San Bartolme are the biggest.Easter time has week long processions for Semana Santa.Luque is a tranquil town and a great place to relax and the price for this property reflects great value for a property that has been reformed to a good standard..It is fully legal I have Escritura & NIE.We used an English speaking Lawyer when we bought and it was all quite painless.
