Flat is fully furnished and bills include Sky TV, Internet, Water, Council Tax, Gas & Electric.

The flat is extremely spacious with wonderful high ceilings – Pictures really don’t do it justice.

We use an estate agent - there is an admin fee for moving in & checking references etc. There will also be a deposit of one month's rent (£665) to be paid upfront. Bills are roughly £75 a month council tax is included in this.
