Good size gorgeous, bright, quiet double room available from 20th June in peaceful, warm, very clean house.

Firm starting date is june 20th as our current housemate moves out then.
Looking for a professional only. Postgrad also considered. 2 of us work from home already so we dont want another person working from home really please.

The room is furnished with a double bed, desk, chair, mirror, wardrobe, shelves, curtains.
Rent is £421 per calendar month (£97 a week) which includes council tax, plus bills (about £30 a month)

We are very very VERY clean and tidy and need a really clean housemate. Keeping the communal areas of the house clean is really important to us as we've all done the student thing and bit fed up of people promising to be clean and then leaving piles of dishes etc - gets a bit annoying!

Our house is beautiful, modern and very well looked after, it used to be a family house so its stunning and just gorgeous! The nicest shared house you'd ever see in Brighton! My dads the landlord which is really useful!
