Large double room in a 4 bedroom, modern flat with three lovely housemates. The flat is close to Clapham North Tube (5 minutes) and a short walk to Clapham High Street (about 5 mins). We've lived here for a year and one of our housemates is sadly moving so we are looking for a replacement to join our laid-back, friendly house.

The room available has lots of wardrobe space, chest of draws and a big bay window. The flat has a big open plan kitchen lounge which opens onto a patio (perfect BBQ's in the summer) and two bathrooms, shower room and toilet room so there is never a queue for showers in the morning.

We are looking for a housemate who is early to mid twenties, preferably male to keep the house balance, who is relaxed, friendly and up for a laugh. We like to hang out together as a flat so want someone who wants to get involved. We are three young professional's, aged between 23 and 25.

Rent is 670 a month plus bills
