The room is huge - it has a walk-in wardrobe, a bed in a separate raised area and a main space that is at least 5 metres square, with a large desk mounted into the wall and a fridge.

It's in an 8-room warehouse full of wonderful people, all good friends, in the middle of a thriving live/work warehouse community. It has two cats, a pool table, an HD projector and a big screen for the cinephiles, an open kitchen and a piano. The 2000 sq ft main space is bright and airy, with windows all along its length. All in all, it is somewhere you want to live.

Finsbury Park is at the end of the road which will be pretty handy throughout the summer, while transport links into the centre of London are superb. Manor House tube station is a 5 minute walk away and several useful bus routes pass down Green Lanes (at the end of the road, 2 mins walk) which also happens to be home to an enormous Turkish, Greek and Cypriot community, making it London's kebab capital among other things.
