Unfortunately I am having to leave this perfectly located flat due to a job offer in Edinburgh but remaining in the flat are three other people; one pHD student (23) and one undergraduate (20) studying at Newcastle University and one girl (20) who is currently on a work placement. All are non-smokers.

The double room for rent has:

The flat is in an amazing location; it is easily walkable to both University campuses (15minute walk to Newcastle, 5-10minute walk to Northumbria) and about a 5-10 maximum walk into town. Flat is only about 5 minutes from the popular and beautiful Newcastle Quayside and there are Sainsbury and Tesco local stores within a few minutes’ walk. Manors Metro station is approximately 2 minutes away giving access to the whole of Newcastle!

Laundry facilities are available within the development and hospitality office open five days a week (which can sign for post etc).
