There is a disproportional ratio of senior citizens on the estate in relation to the rest of the borough. 48% of the accommodations are registered to retirees or pensioners. Surrounded by the Olympic Park, Channel tunnel(international station), Westfield shopping centre, and numerous luxury high density new builds. It’s probably the last vestige of local community in Stratford.

For those looking for a cheaper option, of a more conventional nature and practical price. There is an alternative shopping centre, with market stalls and one pound stores. The house is also an eight minute (virtual road free) cycle route away from the lea river canal water ways. used by cycle groups and ramblers. There are also a couple rowing and canoeing clubs, as well as a numerous barges which have been converted into boat homes (we can hire bikes).





Access to London Overground (formerly Silver Link) which goes as far as, Clapham Junction or Richmond. There is also; Jubilee, Central and DLR lines. These are the buses currently available from the Station; 25, 69, 86, 104, 108, 158, 238, 241, 257, 262, 276, 380, 425, 473, D8, N8, N86. There is an indoor shopping centre which host the familiar branded shops and restaurants, as well as, two large supermarkets (Sainsbury’s and Morrison’s)

I am only prepared to offer this house at £4000 per month excluding bills, from now all the way through to the end of the Olympics. as we get closer to the Olympics the price may increase.
