1 toilet down stairs

garage with drive was as well
fair size garden
small study room used as a bedroom and fits a double bed no problems with room to spare (this is not classed as a bedroom by housing however I use it as a bedroom)
Landlord is Family Mosaic
Very quiet area on a Cul De Sac and very nice neighbours

I would like to Exchange for a 2 doubled bedroom room house

I have had lots of emails from people that do not have a house,I only want to exchange for a house as I dont want neighbours above me or below me,so no flats,no maisonettes sorry i understand as I have been in a flat and maisonette before and i will not exchange for anything else but a house!
I can only exchange for a 2 bedroom house only as my kids have left home and I only have 1 teen left.
On the same kind of road like cul de sac not busy main road (like the quiet roads)
I will need help with moving as I cant afford to move!
