Hi, my names Laurence. Do you have a spare room or attic space you'd like to rent out? I need a room to rent for £300, from the beginning of September in the Clapham or Battersea area. I'm a 36 year old guy who's sociable, friendly, easy to live with and well house trained. I currently live just off Clapham common, near Battersea Rise, and have lived here for the past 4 years. I'm looking for a room on a long term basis within 10 minutes walk of either Clapham Junction or Clapham Common stations. The room doesn't need to be large, but I am looking for somewhere clean and tidy where the owner looks after things, and is friendly and relaxed. I generally keep to my self and I'm quite considerate of other people, but I'm also an easy going guy, happy to help out when you need a hand or share a coffee and a chat. I will pay * £70 a week or £300 per month inclusive of all bills *. I'm a non smoker and I don't mind cats, dogs or pets.
