Hi there! :-)

We are 2 males and 1 female looking to move in a 2 double bedroom house/flat/maisonette/apartment beginning of July.
1 of us is an MA Student at Sussex Uni
1 just finished uni and is working full time
and 1 is a part time BA Student and will be working full time as well.
All of us are very clean and tidy! :-)

And we also have a lovely well behaved cat

Ideally unfurnished, but it doesn't matter if it is.

Willing to pay between 800 - 900 pcm.

Would prefer to go through a private landlord.
