I am looking for a house to rent for myself, my partner 2 teenage children and my VERY CLEAN AND FLEA-FREE cat. My partner is disabled by severe COPD (emphysema)and receives Pension Credit and DLA.I am unable to work due to the amount of help my partner needs and so we get Housing Benefit.We can pay a months rent as deposit plus a month in advance.We want the property for a minimum of 2 years probably longer.Condition of property not too important within reason.North End ideal but Copnor,Stamshaw,Hilsea or Cosham also OK.
