Dear Landlord,

We are looking to take up a longterm (2 years min) lease for 3 bedroom flat in Edinburgh, would prefer Leith area, as closer to Ocean terminal as possible, but its not a must.

(will also consider spacious 2 bedroom flats)

Our budget is up to around 700 maximum, ideally we want stay at 600 pound mark. We know it might be little less then market average, however for that we will keep property to highest standards and in general will be best tenants you ever had. Flat will be taken by me and my mate, Both professionals, very tidy and respectful to other people property. I can assure we will be perfect tenants for you, also handy with diy, so if anything goes wrong I wont be bothering you for things I can fix myself.

All I really want from the new flat is, that is fully furnished with decent space, normal shower cabin (this is a must), storage space, and ideally one of the rooms to be with white walls, or light walls, for projector, bottom line, we just wanna find a homely space and forget moving house for few years ahead.

We are happy to take up a lease 1st March or1st April or around those dates,
