I will be looking for one or two people to house share my beautiful house with mid Jan 2013.

The house is a 15 walk to the city centre. Loads of parking, garage, private garden. House is on 3 floors, very spacious and must be viewed.

Ideally i am looking for one person to share with, but the house is a 3 bed, so I would be willing to look for two people, which would mean the rent would be reduced for all.
The bills work out in total around £250-300 per month, guess it all depends on the amount you use, this would be split between us all.
The house is in a quiet location of hucknall road.

I am an easy going room mate, clean and tidy being respectful of others. I work Mon - Fri and am normally at the gym after work. Enjoy relaxing in my house with my cat, cooking , socialising , watching movies, working out.

The house is part funished, but the rooms for rent will be unfurnished.
