I have a 3 bed house in a quiet area of south hatfield (AL10 8LB) few minutes 5 mins walk from schools, shops, doctors, dentist, and main bus route to the town centre is at the end of the road.

House is in good order, could use a coat of paint, but decor is your own preference if u decide to move in. One large double bedroom, one regular double room and one single room, all with built in wardrobes. Laminate throughout apart from the stairs, large living room with enough space for sofas at one end and dining table at the other. Large garden with a shed, garden could use a bit of work, im not a budding gardener so I just left it!

Looking for a 3 bed house (WILL NOT CONSIDER ANYTHING ELSE!) closer to the town centre in Hatfield (ideally within a few minutes walk of st phillip howard school) MUST have a decent sized garden as I have a dog, in reasonable decorative order - will inspect before making any decision. Looking to move asap as school runs are going to be a nightmare if I stay here. Will happily consider 3 way swaps. Pictures on request.
