Hey, I'm Grant.

I'm a 21 year old male. Just graduated with a degree in marketing.. Considering staying one final year to get my honours as the job markets so bad!
Currently working full time in retail.

Enjoy socialising with my mates - eating out, cinema, nights out etc.

Clean & tidy so looking for someone else who is just the same.

Searching for a double room in the city centre or even someone else to pair up with and get a flat together.

I'd want a flatmate that is more of a friend than just someone I live with so would be a good idea to go out for a drink or something to eat & get to know each other?

Ideally in search for a decent, modern flat but beggars can't be choosers & that!
I'm gay so you'll have to be cool with that.

Price wise - looking to pay like £350 max in rent then bills on top.
