Rooms are furnished and have lovely original fireplaces/features. 1 large double room and 1 smaller double room. (£260 large and £240 small)

Living room/dining room, kitchen, conservatory, garden, upstairs bathroom (with bath), gas central heating and double glazing.

It is a 3 bedroom house and I am the other person living there (although I now have a job in London so will only be in the house every other weekend or so). I am 29 years old and work in the charity sector and am pretty sociable and easy going.

I own the house and am looking for sociable friendly housemates.

Bills aren't included and will be divided by 3.
