You will be sharing the house with 1 couple profesionals (30/24) in the nice and very quite Craiglockhart area.
Beautiful 3 bedroom house consists of 1 large double bedroom, 2 "double bed" single bedrooms all with built-in wardrobe
& plenty of storage.There is also large living room, large kitchen with gas cooker, fridge, dishwasher and all the utilities,
utility room with washing machine, 2 bathroom with toilet, 2 nicely sized gardens (back/front) & garden shed. Another
advantages are the free parking, good bus conection to city center and airport, and few minutes walk from the
Napier University "Craiglockhart Campus".

We are looking for friedly and easy going people with love for the music (as I am part time musician :) ) We are very tidy
and open minded couple, who enjoy have a dinner or watch a film together but also have a respect for each other own time.

The rent is £350 for each room per month excl. bills (Elec., Gas, Internet, Council tax) and the deposit is £350 (per person).
