I’m a professional who owns and lives in the house located in Beeston. It has recently been fully refurbished and as a result is modern and clean. There are 2 very large bedrooms available and they come fully furnished with ikea bed/wardrobe/desk. There is a kitchen and separate lounge with an upstairs bathroom. There is also a large garden to enjoy the summer! If you have a car there is also plenty of private & street parking space. All local amenities including supermarket/town centre/university within 10 minute walk.
The house would be ideal for a professional or postgraduate/mature student looking for a short term place to stay as I will need the house back on 31st August. Sorry no DSS, smokers or pets. Rent will be calculated weekly from move in date with a minimum stay of 8 weeks/max stay 16 weeks. Rent calculated on weekly basis so no need to worry about moving in on the 1st day of the month.
The rent will be £70/wk and includes all bills (electric/gas/water/council tax/unlimited broadband). I will require a damage deposit of £15
0 and 4 weeks rent in advance.
