Lovely double room available to rent in a 3-bed terraced house close to the city centre. The house was completely refurbished last year so it is in very good condition and most things are near new. I am looking for someone who will contribute to making the house a home- someone friendly and clean! The current housemates are two female postgraduate students.

There is one room vacant at the moment and second room will become available in the next few weeks.

N.B, If you are not a student, please check out what council tax you would be liable to pay when living with two students. I think the council give a discount but I do not know the details of this. Bills are not included in the rent.
