Right, I have a lovely two bedroom house, semi detached with parking out side the house or communal parking spaces nearby. We have fantastic views as you can see from my other post with the picture attached. The house is freshly decorated carpeted throughout with laminate in the living room. We have a downstairs toilet, plenty storage cupboards throughtout, two good size rooms. The house is gorgeous and in a fantastic area, it also comes with its own shed on the back garden.

I want a 2/3 bedroom IN HUCKNALL preferably the Welbeck estate but am willing to consider any area of Hucknall if its the right house or within walking distance to Welbeck.
I am willing to leave behind all curtains/blinds and obviously the carpets/laminate will all stay. I am willing to put cash upfront for the right house.

I DO NOT want time wasters as ive now had 4 people back out at the last minute.. honesty costs nothing.
