I live in edinburgh in the main city center nicolson street post code eh8 9dh,opposite festival theater.very safe and quite place because this flat is behind the main street opposite the festival theater.I never have any problem here. I have live here 9 year so far now.I love my house.i enjoy living edinburgh specially during the edinburgh festival time and during christmas time. we are sad now. we have to move because our family are there. I have flat 2 bedrooms one is double bedroom and 2nd one is single still big,open plan kitchen with very big livingroom.bathroom is good size with shower over bath, always warm because this flat is middle of building 3rd floor even if it is snowing. you don't need to pay too much bills also rent is just £75 per week.nice area,friendly neighbour.it is beautiful town just 5 minutes walk high street and 10 minutes walk princes street which is main shopping center of edinburgh. primary school,pre school,this flat is in the catchment area for st thomas's high school,james gillespies and boroughmuir.bars, resturaunts,hollyrood palace,homebase, near doctors surgery, there are great views of arthur's seat.15 minute walk royal hospital for sick childern.20 minutes walk swimming center(royal commonweath pool) all shops like tesco,lidl, farmfood just 2 mins.etc on main bus routes.10 mins walk train station.10 minutes walk scottish parliament.2 mins walk edinburgh university.5 minutes walk national museum of scotland.this is popular place in edinburgh.after u moving if u think this is not right place for u,u have opportunity to exchang easyly because many people how live in edinburgh and out of edinburgh they want move this place.Let me know if you woud be interested. u can call me. my phone no is ...07790070919. please let me know. thanks ....
