I Am Looking For Property For Myself And 2-3 Friends To Rent From September 2012. We Are Looking For Something Close To Bus Routes As There Is 1 Person Who Doesn't Drive, And Either Road Permitted Parking Or Off Road Parking (garage Is Not Essential However.). We Are Each Looking To Pay Roughly £400 A Month Inclusive Of Bills.
We Are Students But I Can Say For All Of Us We Are Very Clean, Tidy And Respectable. A Main Reason We Would Like To Move Off Of Campus Is Because Of The Noise On Campus. We Are All Third Year Students Studying A Mixture Of Courses And Would Prefer Somewhere Quiet For Our Dissertation And Final Year.
