Hi,

My partner and I are looking for a 2-3 Bed House in Derby, ideally Mackworth, Mickleover, Littleover, Heatherton Village, Alvaston, Chaddesden or Oakwood.

Our current tenancy agreement ends on the 24th June and looking to move around that date. Looking to pay between £400 and £500pcm unless the property is 'the one' and then we will pay more.

We are looking for a Long Term let - a House we can call home!!

We both work full time in permanent secure employment. None smokers, No pets.

However we would be looking for a house with a drive due to owning 2 cars.

We currently live in Long Eaton and really wanting to move back to Derby as I work in Burton and I am travelling up to 2 hours a day with traffic!
