We own a charming 2-3 bedroom flat in Belsize Park, only 1-2 minutes walk from Belsize Park station (Northern Line, 15 mins to Central London). It sits on the 2nd and 3rd floor, and there are 3 flats in the house, so we're on the top.

We are looking to move to a ground floor flat (or preferably a house) with at least 2 bedrooms. The house has to be close to a station, where we can commute into Central London within 20 minutes.

We are looking for areas such as: Denham, Gerrard Cross, Kings Langley, Belsize Park, Hampstead, Highgate etc. area. We must stress that it must be within a 10 minute walk to a station (which is less than 20 minutes from Central London).

We are only looking to move because we have a baby coming, and it won't be convenient going up two flights of stairs with a buggy (and our master bedroom is on the third floor, which we no longer use).

Bedroom 1:
Large, on top floor, with built in wardrobe & ensuite bathroom (glass shower door), and new cupboard unit. It's an attic room, with slanted rooves.

Bedroom 2:
Medium/large size. Currently fits a double bed, sofa & TV Unit (it used to be our TV room before we moved down to the 2nd floor)

Bedroom 3: Currently has no bed, and used as a storage room. Quite small, fits a double bed & desk, and not much else. There's a built in wardrobe.

Bathroom:
Updated last year. Finished to high spec, with lots of storage space.

Kitchen/dining room:
Kitchen was done up 3 years ago, with underfloor heating. Large American fridge, most modcons, and dining area has a fireplace.

The rent we would expect for this flat would be in £600-£650pw region, so we would like something similar (at least £500pw anyway).
