We are a working couple looking for a house to rent. We are not fussy but would ask:

1/ A cat would be accepted, fully house trained and clean.

2/ Would prefer easy parking and a back garden, size of garden not important.

We are hoping for somewhere in the Rawdon/Guiseley/Horsforth/Yeadon areas (or anywhere in between) for easy access for work and family commitments.
We are also not looking to move in till end of September when my placement for work goes through.
We can however pay part of any bond required immediately, and the rest upon moving in. along with rent in advance.
Long term let preferred, I do not want to be having to move home again for a long time.
I would say rent not to be over £550 a month, or for lowere rent, I would be willing to carry out any minor repairs myself should any arise (except boilers need replacing or rooftiles).
References both personal and work can be obtained at request, no problem there, and the property would be well looked after ( we rent our own house out in another part of the country and know how bad it feels to have your property completely destroyed).
I am on holiday from 10th Sept to 20th Sept so I am keen to sort this before I go. Thanks for reading.
