Please no drug addicts,no alcoholics and party animals as it is a professionals house and we take care about each other and provide maximal calmness and dignity towards the housemates. Couples not accepted unless they rent both of the spare rooms as the landlord asks "one person into one room". Be aware it is a smokers house so if you do not like it or can not accept it than do not apply. It is a fairly old property not a brand new,does not look like a castle but pleasantly liveable.
