hi, i have a 1 bed flat in a converted house on the first floor..its in a very quiet private road in northwood middx.. 5 min walk to shops and northwood tube station. it has gas and electric and off street parking. the rent is 104 and includes water and charges. am looking for a 1 bed flat in the middlesex area or 10 miles where im based.. this flat is a council flat with right to buy.. im looking for a mutal exchange with somebody... where both parties has assured tenacy and can swap homes together..
