Have you booked your summer holiday? Are you planning a special event this year - maybe a wedding or special birthday? Do you want to look fantastic in your bikini or wedding dress?

If you want to get fit for Summer and change your body shape but don't want to join a gym or feel intimidated to join exercise classes - then why not give Zumba a try. Even if you have got two left feet, or are not confident then the Zumba Party atmosphere could be just for you. I believe that once you come along you will be hooked. Who can come along? Everyone - as long as you have got a smile and some energy you are welcome. If you haven't exercised recently then this class is for you.
